We recently had our master bathroom remodeled. It was quite an ordeal. We had several people coming and going five to six days per week. The individuals from this company were friendly, professional and answered all our questions. Nick the electrician was focused on every detail of this project. He seemed to never stop. There were a lot of aspects to cover with roughing in the electrical elements to begin the work and coming back to complete it. Austin was his helper, who was very mannerly and thoroughas well. These two are a good team.We had a follow-up issue with a breaker cutting off due to excessive use. These two came back assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. I would recommend this company for any electrical issues, big or small. We will continue to use them.

A tree recently fell on my house and caused some power lines to be severed. We called Buckingham Electric and they were here within a couple hours. The crew was beyond kind and helpful. These guys are AMAZING!!! We had them come over for a second opinion after another company quoted us $6k for a job. ABSOLUTELY stand up folks employed here! I work for a roofing contractor, I had a client with an extremely tall roof needing a tarp installed after the slew of rainstorms in WNC. Sure, I should carry an extension ladder but not feasible in my tiny Chevy Colorado. I usually opt to a little giant ladder. After accepting defeat, we noticed Buckingham Electric a few homes over.We asked the gentlemen working if we could perhaps borrow their extension ladder on their truck. Without hesitation, they offered it up. Although, now another issue arises- my truck is still too small to accommodate a ladder of such magnitude. The crew lead instructed another electrician to DRIVE and DROP off the ladder. Requesting nothing in return!This type of neighborly professionalism and willingness to help another tradesmen is pretty old school! I will refer EVERY client needing electrical work their way!

The two electricians arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. They brought the needed scaffolding to reach the living area ceiling fan. They do their work quickly and efficiently. Today, they had to troubleshoot two electrical outlets in the kitchen. Nick and Preston did a great job! I've worked with many electricians and they are by far the most professional to work with. The company as a whole has much better communication than other companies and were able to install within a week of Derek quoting. Scheduling times were more flexible, but with communication this was not much of an issue. If you anticipate 2hrs of wiggle room during the holidays, I would recommend them to everybody and will definitely call Buckingham Electric when I need an electrician again!

Steve and Nick were punctual, friendly and very professional. They were clean and did good work. We needed a new outlet in a closet (required dry wall cutting), light switches moved (again dry wall cutting) and a ceiling fan replaced with new controls. It all took less time than originally estimated and everything was done extremely well. This is the first time we have used an electrician in the area (just moved from NY) so can't say if they are expensive or not but the prices seemed reasonable. Will use again for future work.

I had a whole home generator installed and this group was very professional and prompt. My delay was in getting the plumbing/ gas line situation corrected before the generator could be tested. A tree fell and knocked out our electrical service and meter. I called a few electricians and most weren’t actually willing to come out right away, and the contractor from the insurance company said repairs could be a few days. Buckingham had me text them photos of the damages and picked up all the equipment and were working at my house in an hour. I had a solar system installed by another company (BRIO) my single phase inverter went out about a year ago and I have had issues getting the install company to solve this. I had enough waiting for someone to due their job and with what I spent to install I have had enough. So I called Buckingham Electric Inc. just planing on having them replace my Inverter but they went the distance. They contacted SolarEdge and got a RMA for me to replace the inverter. 5-7 business days for replacement. I am very happy.
